Student Rate: This reduced rate is available to full-time students. Please be prepared to show valid student identification when you check in at the welcome desk.
Solidarity Rate: We are excited to offer this new, lowered rate for those currently experiencing financial hardship.
Sponsor a Solidarity Rate: You can help make the conference accessible to everyone by contributing to our community access fund, which helps support other community members.

Parking on Campus
Conference attendees should park in the Parking Garage behind the Ferguson Center for the Arts, which is easily accessible from J. Clyde Morris Blvd / Avenue of the Arts.
Shuttle service will be provided from the parking garage to David Student Union.
It is approximately a 5-minute walk (about 0.25 miles) from the parking garage to the David Student Union.
Accommodations
We have a group hotel rate available at the Newport News Marriott at City Center. Rooms are $110 per night and should be booked by Friday, March 20, 2026.
Please note that the hotel is located about 3 miles from campus. Transportation is available via Uber, Lyft, or HRT bus line.
