Accommodations
We have a group hotel rate available at the Newport News Marriott at City Center. Rooms are $110 per night, and should be booked by Sunday, March 15, 2026.
Please note that the hotel is located about 3 miles from campus. Transportation is available via Uber, Lyft, HRT bus route 108, or HRT OnDemand Ridesharing.

Parking on Campus
Conference attendees may park in the Parking Garage behind the Ferguson Center for the Arts, which is easily accessible from J. Clyde Morris Blvd / Avenue of the Arts.
Shuttle service will be provided from the parking garage to David Student Union.
It is approximately a 12-minute walk (about 0.6 miles) from the parking garage to the David Student Union.
